He won several medals at the Athens Paralympic Games in 2004 and became the triple world record holder and triple Paralympic champion for the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dash.
Oscar is the first amputee runner to compete at the world championships. In 2011, he became the face of A*MEN by Thierry Mugler.
